Intentional Attachments Therapy
I am a Bowenian therapist who works from a systemic perspective. My primary specialties are with trauma, anxiety, abuse, and attachment work. I come from a humanistic, strengths-based approach and believe that people grow from a compassion-based approach. Prior to my work as therapist, I was in the human services field for 25 years, focusing on abuse survivors.
I work with ages 7 up and I offer individual and couples therapy in person. I also offer telehealth for individual clients.
