Four Points Counseling Center

I believe that we are all deeply human and that therapy illuminates the way to personal renewal, stability, and peace. I find that healing happens when individuals feel seen, heard, and supported while exploring the complexities of their inner and outer worlds.

My approach is collaborative and intentional with an emphasis on depth, nuance, and making meaning of life’s challenges. I integrate person-centered, strengths-based, CBT, existential, and mindfulness-informed modalities with sessions tailored to be responsive to each client’s natural rhythm.

I work with adults from all backgrounds and identities who may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. I assist clients in developing emotional resilience, self-understanding, and practical skills in a safe and open environment that allows for reflection, authenticity and clarity. Additionally, I have a strong passion and experience working with older populations.

I earned my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland. I completed my clinical training at Carolina Psychological Associates, where I treated adults seeking emotional wellness, growth, and support through life transitions.
