I have a master of arts in counseling and am a licensed professional counselor in Colorado and New Mexico. I have been providing counseling services to adolescents and adults in the Loveland/Fort Collins area since 2009. Prior to that I had almost a decade of experience doing therapeutic work with older adults with dementia and their families. I have experience in a wide variety of issues, particularly domestic violence, trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, self-injury, life transitions, grief, and soul care. I am also certified in EMDR.
I view the therapeutic process with a strengths-based, depth-oriented approach, and utilize different therapeutic techniques to meet each of my client's unique needs. I work with clients of all ages and am passionate about helping people experience wellness in their lives.
I may have a short wait list, but am usually able to see clients within a few weeks.
