Embodied Therapy Group LLC

Do you feel overwhelmed? Like your mind won't stop running? Maybe you feel out of energy and just want to stay in bed all day? These are places I have been in my life, so I understand how mental health concerns impact our daily lives. I help people heal and grow as they work toward their counseling goals. I work with people who experience anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, and I provide support to people who are healing from trauma. I have experience in working with many other mental health concerns as well.

I work with adults, adolescents, and couples who are hoping to make a change in their lives. By focusing on my clients as being the expert on their lives, I hope to make people feel safe in my office. My clients can know that I am focused on building a safe counseling relationship. Research shows that the strength of trust and rapport between a client and their counselor accounts for the most change. While I believe that you are the expert on your personal healing process, I am a trained professional who can help you unlock your own potential for growth.

I use a variety of counseling techniques with my clients, which I can tailor to your journey. If the help I offer speaks to you, please feel free to reach out as I am currently accepting new clients for in-person and virtual counseling!
