Four Pillars is a trauma-informed practice which works toward facilitating a healthy relationship with ones Self. We serve adolescents and adults using eclectic interventions informed by IFS, depth, DBT, CBT, psychedelic integration work as appropriate, and EMDR. We seek to address Four Pillars of human experience in order to grow toward wholeness: heart, mind, body, soul. Four Pillars facilitates finding greater self-understanding through exploring symptoms of anxiety and depression, as well as finding meaningful healing through trauma work.

Kelly Keeler is a licensed professional counselor, approved counselor supervisor, trained integrative mental health professional, experienced addictions counselor, certified in depth psychology, and trained in IFS, EMDR, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness. Her professional interests include anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+, self-esteem, substance abuse, spirituality, and creativity.

Whatever your unique struggles, we will meet you where you are without judgment. You deserve to experience the fullness of your best possible self and we consider it a great honor to help facilitate that journey, wherever it may lead.

Four Pillars also has several licensed, pre-licensed, and intern therapists who may have openings when Kelly is not able to see new clients.
