Healthy Relationships and Lifestyle Center

Even the most successful relationships are not without stress and/or conflict. It is human to struggle! However, those in successful relationships, even with ourselves, know how to approach and work through the struggles more effectively. There are decades' worth of research informing us on the successful ways individuals, couples, and families can manage stress and/or conflict, and it is these approaches I want to share with you.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Colorado. I provide direct service to individuals, couples, and families with various concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, substance use, trauma, parenting, premarital counseling, relationship conflict, and divorce. With a vast amount of clinical experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I understand that everyone has their own unique lived experiences and I aim to adapt my style and approach to fit the needs of each individual or family. I firmly believe that everyone has their own inherent strengths that can be utilized to help guide them on their path to a healthier, more present, and fuller life.

I have completed training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Level 1, as well as Prepare/Enrich. I earned my doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Florida State University, and my master's in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. I have also taught in the master's program in Marital and Family Therapy at the University of San Diego, and I am a published couples and family researcher with a focus on individual and couples stress management.
