Griffith Centers is a non-profit agency offering a full spectrum of mental and behavioral health services for underserved populations who have experienced trauma and hardships, helping to build resiliency, hope, and healing.

Our services include trauma-informed outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, and adults; family preservation; supervised family time; therapeutic visitation; life skills; parenting skills; and behavioral coaching (mentoring).

Services are provided in-home, in the community, in-office, or virtually to provide maximum flexibility of service delivery.

Outpatient Individual and Family Therapy Services

Outpatient individual and family therapy includes working with a master's-level clinician to develop a treatment plan with measurable goals to support the individual/family as they move forward.

  • Flexible scheduling that includes evenings and weekends
In most cases, the clinician will meet weekly with the individual/family for therapy sessions.
  • Sessions can occur by teletherapy, at home, in the community, or in office settings.

Online Parenting Skills Group for Parents and Caregivers of Babies, Children, and Teens.

Attend all 8 sessions to earn a certificate of completion.

Mentoring/Behavioral Coaching

Mentoring or behavioral coaching helps clients needing assistance to successfully reintegrate back into the community. This service encompasses a variety of mentoring and skill-building activities with a strengths-based approach.

Supervised Family Time

A bachelor's-level visitation facilitator supervises interactions between parent/family member/caregiver and child/ren during court-ordered visitation. The visitation facilitator ensures that all interactions are safe, child-centered, and appropriate.

Life Skills and Parenting Skills

Life skills and parenting skills are provided through coaching and modeling to help individuals gain the necessary skills to continue successfully on their own. Services are provided one-on-one by an experienced mentor.
