I believe that connection and belonging are some of the biggest healing factors, and I will work alongside you in a confidential, non-judgmental way to help you overcome obstacles and build a life full of meaning. I truly believe that we all make the best choices we can in the situations we are in, so I want you to know that shame has no place here. I will see you only as someone who, like all of us, wants support and will be sure that you feel welcomed, seen, and supported in my space.

I work from a trauma-focused, brain-based model and use multiple modalities to meet your needs. I also have a fabulous therapy dog who would be happy to attend our sessions if that is something you are interested in!

In addition to traditional therapy, I wholeheartedly believe in having a healthy body and healthy mind. To meet this passion of mine, I have teamed with a certified personal trainer to provider a 45-minute session of personal training followed by a 30-minute session for mental health. Together, with you, we create goals for overall healthy living and work with you to help reach them! Our mental health session is private and only information you agree to and that is pertinent to overall health is shared with the trainer. If this is something you are interested in, please let me know and we can discuss details (this program is optional).

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been providing mental health treatment for kids, adolescents, and adults since 2005. I have held a variety of mental health positions including crisis response, private practice, grief and loss, brief therapy, animal-assisted therapy, inpatient mental health, and work in schools.
