When you are a client of Healing Connections, you will be treated with respect, kindness, and genuine care. We value our clients and work to create a safe, accepting, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all.

We take pride in being a place where clients can have a uniquely personal and powerful healing experience. We offer a meaningful person-to-person connection between client and therapist, and we feel honored to be able to walk with clients on their journey.

We offer psychotherapy, neurofeedback, and a combination of both to clients of all ages, from children to older adults. Individuals who can benefit from this include those with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, addictions, eating disorders, attachment problems, sleep struggles, trauma history, self-esteem issues, behavioral issues, and those who want to improve the way they manage stress, including physical manifestations.

Psychotherapy (talk therapy) helps clients to reduce symptoms and increase well-being through applying specific techniques. We utilize a variety of theoretical orientations including cognitive behavioral therapy, human-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy.

Neurofeedback is the process of detecting brain activity and presenting information about it so that the brain can learn from it. This allows for the restoration of effective internal balancing within the brain and central nervous system, helping it to function optimally. Clients have reported improvements in stress management, mental acuity, calmness, healthier sleep habits, and much more.
