Inner Life Adventures, LLC provides licensed psychotherapy to individuals, families, and relationships of all genders, for clients age 18 and up. We are working to enhance the mental well-being of kids, adults, families, and couples in our community through a combination of evidence-based practices, cutting-edge innovative treatments, and creative outside-the-box programs indoors and outside. In our ever-changing times, we are challenged to provide healing services beyond the traditional models. We partner with the abundance of outdoor opportunities provided by Reconnecting to Our Nature, LLC, including coaching, retreats, and educational programs.
We focus on you as a whole, complete, healthy human being, no matter how you might feel or what you are facing. This wholeness includes both things that make you feel good and things you don’t like. Working from this positive stance, we will help guide you through an exploration of self, environment, and resources.
