I work with clients who struggle with all types of anxiety and panic, as well as traumatic stress. I am certified in hypnotherapy and psychodrama and I'm trained in brainspotting. Additionally, I use many other therapeutic techniques as needed. I take a collaborative and skills-based approach during each session, and I offer authentic feedback based on my knowledge and intuition.
My life's passion is helping others find joy and meaning in their lives. It's difficult to reach out, share your story, and do the work it takes to make real change. I honor my clients' strength and bravery. I understand which therapy methods are effective, and offer a safe and compassionate space to do healing work.
