Jana Carson Therapy PLLC

If you are looking for a therapist who is highly compassionate and caring, sometimes maybe a little bit funny, while also gently challenging you as we move toward your goals together, I would be a good fit. I have a lot of experience working with individual survivors of trauma, helping them move through trauma's impacts to reclaim their lives. I am trained in and utilize various modalities, but rely heavily on IFS. I only see clients on Fridays.
