I work with people ages 21+ who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I have a diverse approach to therapy, using CBT, narrative, and client-centered modalities. I seek to help clients gain a deeper level of self-understanding and recognize old patterns that need to be un-learned and look for new healthier patterns to improve relationships and day-to-day living.

When I meet with you, I strive to provide an atmosphere where you can experience the freedom to share your story without judgment. I believe it’s important that you have a place to be listened to and understood with care and compassion. I’ll strive to help you discover new options in your life and support you as you make decisions that connect you with your intrinsic values and beliefs. I can help you navigate difficult situations, life transitions, and issues in personal relationships. I’ll use my calm demeanor and empathy to help you accomplish your goals.
