Alliance Mental Health

Healing from trauma is rarely a linear process. With over 28 years of experience in trauma-focused nonprofits, community social work, and private practice, I offer a compassionate, "outside of the box" lens to help you navigate your unique journey. Whether you are an adult processing past wounds, a college student overwhelmed by new stressors, or a family struggling with anxiety-related challenges, my priority is creating a relationship-first environment where you feel safe enough to do the deep work.

I specialize in the intersection of trauma, neurodiversity, and emotional regulation. My background as a trauma clinician, community social worker, and school counselor allows me to support individuals across the lifespan—from kids navigating school avoidance to adults feeling "stuck" or struggling with low motivation. By understanding how trauma and stress impact the nervous system, I help clients navigate anxiety and burnout using evidence-based tools like EMDR, IFS, CBT, and DBT to move from survival mode into a life of purpose.

My goal is to help you move beyond survival mode. Together, we will focus on emotional literacy, mindfulness, and developing skills designed to help you regulate, ground yourself, and thrive through life’s inevitable ups and downs.
