Transform the Nest

It takes strength to be vulnerable and seek help. I am so grateful you found me on your journey to change. The caregiver is the backbone of the family with needs that can often be overlooked or taken for granted. My training and counseling focus is on supporting caregivers and parents as they navigate the stress associated with caring for others. I feel passionate about providing a safe space for nurturers to practice self-care and cultivate resiliency.

My approach is direct, yet kind. I have seen that transformation is possible when growing through new life and role changes. I believe that through tapping into and utilizing your own innate wisdom, you can heal and transform. Whether you are a mother dealing with the stresses of parenting or a caregiver for a seriously ill loved one, I provide compassionate counseling services to help you thrive in your role. I believe that by taking care of those who give, we can heal families and ourselves.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in life transitions. I have a case of wanderlust and have lived on both coasts. I value travel, community, exploration, and growth. I grew up in Fort Collins, and after many years away, have returned home to raise my family. I believe in utilizing interventions that can genuinely bring about change and transformation. I practice using ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), and have training in perinatal mental health from PSI (Postpartum Support International). I genuinely believe that through radical self-care, a family can heal and transform.
