Guiding Grace Counseling

Life is complex, and each of us carries a unique story that shapes who we are today. I believe that everyone is doing their best with what they have, and sometimes we need a helping hand to navigate the challenges we face. As a licensed clinical social worker with years of experience, I specialize in helping adolescents and adults overcome a wide range of issues, including trauma, attachment struggles, substance use, and various emotional difficulties. My approach is rooted in authenticity, understanding, and a commitment to your personal growth and well-being. I approach every client with deep empathy and non-judgment.

Your experiences, no matter how difficult, are deserving of space to be heard. I'm here to support you on your journey. My goal is not just to alleviate symptoms, but also to help you understand the underlying causes of your challenges. I often interweave attachment theory, CBT, and trauma-specific theories such as parts work and EMDR in my approach to therapy.

If you're ready to take the courageous step toward personal empowerment, improved mental health, and a more fulfilling life, I'm here to support you. Together, we'll explore your strengths, the human condition, and work toward feeling "wholehearted." Seeking therapy is a powerful commitment to yourself. You don't have to face life's challenges alone.
