Hello! I counsel adults, couples, and adult families. I work with individuals for the following concerns: divorce/breakups, highly sensitive people, high achievers, ADHD, low self-esteem, grief, life transitions (empty nest, midlife crisis, menopause). I also work with first responders.

I also counsel couples experiencing conflict, and I offer discernment counseling for couples deciding whether to stay in a relationship or leave. I'm professional, competent, and caring.
