Jessie Charbonneau Counseling

Welcome! Thanks for checking out my profile. I have to be honest, I really don’t like writing these “therapist intros” because they always sound cheesy—but here is my best effort.

I am a licensed professional counselor and licensed addiction counselor in Colorado. I specialize in providing individual counseling services to young adults, adolescents, and members of the LGBTQ+ communities. I have experience providing services for a variety of concerns including trauma, addiction, and relationships. My approach is person-centered and based on the individual. I look forward to meeting you and learning more about your unique story.

My specialties include working with a variety of concerns including trauma, addiction, and life transitions. My orientation toward counseling includes a narrative and interpersonal approach. I also have training and certifications in trauma-focused somatic therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

I believe that you are the expert on your own life and I am a collaborator on your journey toward healing. Whatever you're struggling with, I'm here to help you create the change you desire.
