At Joy Bird Therapy, we want to walk with you on your journey toward wholeness and healing. We work with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

We are humanistic counselors, meaning we focus on the therapeutic relationship and what you bring into the room. You are the expert of your story, and we want to work together to unpack the roots of your anxieties, doubts, and hurt. We’re passionate about working with adults and adolescents with trauma backgrounds. The way we learned to relate as children can continue to impact our adult relationships and the way we attach to others.

We offer play therapy, and work with children and adolescents (3-17) struggling with anxiety, behavioral concerns, depression and/or have been diagnosed with ADHD, ASD, or ODD. We love working with parents to help them connect with and understand their children in new ways.

We offer free 30-minute consultations, so please reach out if you have any questions about the counseling process. Some of our therapists have limited availablity, and others have a waitlist. Please contact us for details.
