I am a trauma-informed psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate about helping individuals move toward greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and meaningful connection with themselves and others. I hold a master’s degree in Counseling from Adams State University and have worked across a range of mental health settings, supporting individuals with complex emotional and psychological needs.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing social anxiety, generalized anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am EMDR-trained and integrate this evidence-based approach to help clients process painful experiences, reduce distress, and build a stronger sense of safety and resilience. EMDR can be a powerful catalyst for change, and I blend this approach along with narrative therapy, CBT, parts work, and other modalities to help clients overcome the negative effects of traumatic experiences. My therapeutic style is collaborative and grounding, creating space for both insight and lasting change.

It would be an honor to walk alongside you in your healing journey, while offering support, skill, and presence as you work toward relief, growth, and a more connected, fulfilling life. I work with adults aged 18 and over.
