Julie Kittredge Counseling

I work with women in difficult or destructive marriages, struggling with anger and resentment, hurt from the church, relentless anxiety, unprocessed grief, feeling stuck, codependence, or struggling with unspoken shadows of the past. I do beautiful work with couples who are struggling with communication and conflict patterns, seasons of transition, and struggling with unrepaired historical hurt.

I use a psychodynamic, relational, attachment, somatic, and integrative lens to help clients restore identity, boundaries, relationships, mood stability, personal empowerment, and strength of self.

Because I believe in understanding the root rather than just treating symptoms, I'm also certified to work with clients integratively. This means we explore the gut-brain connection for a whole body approach. Nutrition, supplements, sleep, and body movement have an undeniable impact on symptoms of anxiety and depression. I offer Integrative Intensives from a non-pharmaceutical lens in mild to moderate cases of anxiety and depression, with opportunities to work with local functional practitioners for additional testing and deeper exploration as needed.

My goal is to help clients recover what's been lost with a sense of wholeness, self-acceptance, inner knowing, resilience, confidence, and strength.
