Balanced Sol Counseling

Hello! My approach is focused on helping you navigate in a continually changing life. I am here to provide support along your journey, in your challenges and growth. I welcome you to an empathetic and relaxed space, a space where you can work toward healing. We will work together to reach your goals, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

I specialize in anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and substance use, among other concerns. I view each individual holistically, understanding that the mind and body are connected as one. I offer clients tools to help reduce feelings of distress and make the changes they seek. Modalities I work from include person-centered, CBT, EMDR, and motivational interviewing.

Finding a therapist who is a good fit helps in your growth process. I offer a free 30-minute meet and greet via telehealth, and I can answer any questions you may have prior to working together.
