Momentum Counseling and Consulting

Life can present challenges that are daunting, and seeking help can be scary and intimidating. That's OK. I want you to know that it's normal to feel overwhelmed sometimes with life in general and to feel anxious about seeking help. Doing so is one of the biggest steps you can take toward bettering yourself, and for that, you should feel proud. I am here to meet you along the way.

I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My areas of expertise include trauma history/PTSD, adolescent care, depression and anxiety, relationship issues, and self-esteem and confidence.

My approach to therapy is to first and foremost meet you where you are. I believe that therapy is effective only if you feel safe, heard, and understood. I approach clients from a place of curiosity, empathy, and compassion.
