Laura Garrett is a licensed professional counselor in Colorado, Nebraska, Oregon, and Washington; a certified addiction specialist; and a National Certified Counselor. She has over 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families with areas of specialization in adult ADHD, addictions, life transitions, relationships, and stress. She can also provide psychological evaluations and testing for adult ADHD, mood and personality disorders, and addictions.

She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness in her therapeutic practices. Her approach is integrative, and she is committed to working together with individuals to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Laura now offers clinical supervision for CAT, CAS, and LPC candidates. Her supervision style is collaborative, insight-oriented, and focused on clinical skills development, ethics, and self-care. She specializes in addiction counseling, CBT, and therapist identity work. Group and individual supervision slots are open, with virtual and in-person options.

Laura's clinical experience is vast, ranging from counselor to clinical director. She is the founder and executive director of Bridgeways, LLC. She has worked in various clinical inpatient and outpatient settings, counseling, supervising, and developing intensive outpatient, relapse prevention, domestic violence, DUI, parenting, and relationship skills programs.
