Land Counseling and Consultation

For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of helping clients improve their close relationships while also developing their comfort with a healthy, wide range of emotions. At times, all of us experience overwhelmingly painful feelings or problems coping with our stressful lives. My ultimate hope and goal is to help you to expand your capacity to respond to future challenges with greater resilience, insight, and self-compassion.

I specialize in working with people committed to developing healthy connections, clients struggling with mood issues, and those looking to increase their understanding of their emotions and themselves. Clients who tend to benefit the most from working with me often have difficulty maintaining healthy relationships or experience depressed mood or anxiety related to grief, loss, and trauma. I also work with people who are continuing their process of ongoing personal growth and dedicated to exploring how to live their most fulfilling and meaningful lives. I particularly enjoy working with clients looking to improve their relationships, individuals wanting to deepen their comfort with emotions, and people struggling to cope with difficult family and childhood experiences
