Leigh Reineke Therapy, LLC

I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing panic, depression, anxiety, and anger as a result of childhood trauma, bullying, domestic abuse, oppression, and other experiences. You may feel alone, have a lot of negative self-talk, feel like you don't belong, and might be having trouble navigating your life as those old coping skills are causing disruptions in your relationships, work life, or role as a parent. I can help you untangle the thoughts and feelings you're having so you can find a path forward. A lot of people with trauma believe there is something intrinsically wrong with them. They can have a hard time standing up for themselves and creating boundaries. I have helped many people find the love, compassion, and tools to heal that they already have but didn't know were there.

I am trained in EMDR, which I have found to be an amazing tool to help people process their trauma. My therapy sessions begin with talk therapy and then can move on to EMDR as we establish a safe space for healing.

I offer in-person and virtual sessions. My office is located in Fort Collins near the intersection of College and Drake.
