Counseling Partners of Northern Colorado

Counseling Partners of Northern Colorado opened in January of 2013 with a passion for helping people. Over the years, the practice has evolved and changed, but my passion for counseling and my commitment to the highest quality care has never wavered. Counseling Partners of Northern Colorado’s mission is to partner with children, families, and individuals on their journey to health and healing by providing authentic, nurturing, evidence-based counseling. Our goal is for you to live a happy, healthy, fulfilling life.

I know that choosing a counselor or therapist is a very personal process. As a licensed professional counselor, I believe deeply in the power of counseling and the therapeutic relationship. I know that all of us, myself included, can at times benefit from an outside perspective, new tools (coping skills), an empathic ear, or just a safe place to vent.

I have a passion for working with people of all ages, who are motivated to know themselves better, to have healthier relationships, and to live life to its fullest. I work with children, teens, adults, and couples using an eclectic mix of therapeutic theories and techniques—including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic, and structured problem-solving. I look forward to meeting you on your journey to a better life!
