Do you struggle to meet others’ expectations and to measure up to all the “shoulds” in your life, while battling the inner voices of unworthiness, shame, and the “not enoughs”? Your perceptions are powerful and can keep you imprisoned in fear, anxiety, and depression. The end result of this battle is depletion of joy and a lost sense of who you are. Wholeness comes when you courageously and honestly welcome the wounded parts of yourself, instead of denying them, and consciously integrate all parts of your story.
I offer a safe space to heal and tools to navigate this process. In my counseling experience, I have worked with anxiety, grief/loss, self-esteem and shame issues, and trauma and PTSD. My work has involved counseling adults and supporting families.
