At LIV Health, our mission is to extend medical, mental health, and personal care services into the community, in collaboration with the primary care provider, to improve health outcomes and quality of life for people in the areas we serve.

At our Cheyenne office, we offer outpatient mental health care, case management, and chronic care management. We also provide mental health urgent care, Mon-Sat, for ages 5 and up, both in-office and via telehealth throughout Wyoming.

At our office in Fort Collins, we provide outpatient mental health care, as well as walk-in mental health urgent care (same-day counseling, psychiatric meds management). We serve clients ages 5 and up, Mon-Fri. We offer both in-office and virtual services, but unfortunately, no longer offer in-home visits.
