Maggie Graham, Counseling and Coaching

I'm a reinvention-ologist, supporting clients in their personal and professional growth by blending coaching and therapy. I also work with people who identify as introverts, people recovering from a toxic work environment, those interested in emotional intelligence, and people who want to just get unstuck. Think of me as a tow truck driver, ready to help haul you out of the ditch where your wheels might be spinning.

If you're needing intensive support, if you're seeking a diagnosis and/or medication support, if you want a drill sergeant or someone to push you, or if you find yourself uncertain about whether you have multiple issues that are intersecting, I'm not your best choice for a practitioner. But if you're lost and need an ally, someone to help you pull apart what's holding you back, someone to help you sort out what's an external variable that you've tripped over and what's a behavior pattern that you haven't yet learned to update, someone to remind you of who you are at your best or help you identify your strengths (both personally and professionally), bring it. We'll be magnificent together. While I miss my office in Old Town Fort Collins, I'm very familiar with working with clients via telehealth, and right now, I'm seeing only remote clients.
