MK Mental Health Counseling

Individual therapy is a joint process. I get the privilege of walking alongside you, supporting you in your journey toward wisdom and inner knowing. You are the expert in your own life and together we get to identify the changes you desire and build a reserve of resources for you to use long past our last session. I will meet you where you’re at and provide a supportive space to help you build confidence and skills so you can have an increased sense of peace in your daily life.

My approach to therapy is holistic and integrative. Together, we will consider all aspects of your life to see how change might be made at a pace in which your nervous system can integrate it. My intention as a therapist is to support you in learning how to witness your experiences through a compassionate lens so you can learn to be with all parts of yourself.
