Our experiences in life shape our perspective of ourselves and the world we live in. At times, these views can begin to cause suffering, and lock us into a life that isn't what we desire. When suffering becomes unbearable, help may be needed.

As humans, we long for connection—to ourselves, each other, and to the divine. My goal is to help my clients discover the strengths they already posses that can aid them in their recovery and reconnection. I am here to assist you on your journey with an attitude of non-judgmental curiosity. Together we can make steps toward the life you want for yourself.

I provide individual and group therapy utilizing methods and techniques from a variety of different approaches. Treatment goals and interventions will be determined by each client's needs and goals. I like to use aspects of mindfulness, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), and IFS (internal family systems). This is a potent combination, which I have found maximizes treatment outcomes.

I enjoy working with individuals dealing with past or recent trauma. I also work with all of the other issues that tend to come with these conditions including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, chronic pain, dissociation, and traits common to personality disorders. I particularly like working with HSPs, empaths, healers, and fellow therapists. I prefer a holistic approach and work with my clients to address all aspects of the self—mind, body, and spirit.
