Have you ever felt like past trauma, negative experiences, addictions, or anxiety rule your life? Do you wish you could experience serenity even through the hard times? Perhaps you feel unhappy, frustrated, worried, confused, or empty. Perhaps you feel lost, worthless, or without purpose. If any of these descriptions sounds familiar, I am here for you. I use client-focused DBT and trauma-informed therapy in a safe and welcoming space. I believe that it is important to learn how to build ourselves up from the inside, working on our self-esteem and self-worth.

I work together with my clients to find and heal the root of their issues and create positive life changes. My approach to therapy is one of wholeness, seeing each person as their complete self, not just the hurts and current challenges. I work with all people ages 12+ in individual, couples, and family sessions. I believe that an accepting and non-judgmental atmosphere is crucial to therapeutic success. My goal is to see you live a more serene and peaceful life.

I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions including later evening and weekend hours. I am here when you are ready to start your journey toward emotional health and healing. Reach out via phone, text, or email and let's start your journey together.

Currently, I have limited openings for new clients. Accepting only individual clients, no couples or families.
