Enhearten Counseling and Assessment

Enhearten Counseling and Assessment is a private practice based in Fort Collins, Colorado, offering counseling and psychological assessment services to adolescents and adults. We currently see clients both via telehealth and in-person in the office. We are grateful to be able to support our community by providing heart-centered psychological services that encourage transformation and healing.

I take an active role in therapy by providing a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space, while challenging you to actualize your potential. As a practicing Orthodox Christian in Colorado, my faith is also central to my identity as a therapist. My Orthodox perspective actively shapes and directs how I orient towards the therapeutic process.

I readily incorporate psychological, pragmatic, and interpersonal therapeutic orientations and interventions to better guide the overall process of healing. I attempt to counsel within a holistic frame so that I can best tailor my approach and treatment to each unique case.

The most important factor for successful therapy is the quality of the relationship with your clinician. I encourage you to schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation to see if we would work well together.
