Guided Journey Counseling, PLLC
I provide individual psychotherapy to adults, specializing in trauma, dissociative disorders, depression, anxiety, and addictions. Principles of Buddhist psychology are interwoven into the framework and lens that I apply to psychotherapy. I utilize the modalities of EMDR, ego state work, somatic interventions, and meditation/mindfulness in my work, and I also offer nature-based therapy as an option for my clients. Additionally, I am a yoga teacher and can incorporate asana (postures) and pranayama (breathwork) into psychotherapy sessions.
