Michele Scheetz Counseling PLLC
I am a supportive, compassionate, non-judgmental therapist who will guide you through life's challenges. I specialize in helping adults understand their emotions, examine troubling thoughts, change behaviors, and heal from past adverse experiences and traumas. My goal is to help you develop solutions and tools to live a more fulfilling life.
I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), which is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress resulting from disturbing life experiences. I use counseling modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, social and emotional intelligence techniques, and trauma-informed counseling.
