Looking for a therapist can be scary and overwhelming. At I Can Help You Counseling, we want to make your therapy sessions as stress-free as possible! 

We are here to support you in recovery from past or present narcissist abuse. We offer therapy both individually and in a group setting. If you are struggling in your relationship, we offer Gottman couples therapy. If you are suffering from past trauma and have found talk therapy is not working for you, we offer EMDR therapy.

Bri graduated with honors with her master's degree in family and marriage counseling. She is a counselor and an EMT! (She still works as an EMT on an ambulance.) Bri loves helping first responders and their families. Bri also loves to help women build their self-confidence and empower them to become the women they want to be come.
