Soulful Path Counseling, LLC

I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado. I am passionate about inner growth and empowerment throughout all stages of life. I believe that the journey of human life is full of wonders and magic that are revealed in mindful moments of connection with others, with oneself, and with nature. It is also my belief that we all want to be happy and live lives filled with meaning and purpose, moving toward growth and our own unique potential. Sometimes, however, we find obstacles in our paths, and when the obstacles become our focus, we may fail to employ our strengths and resources, and may not notice that we have other options.

It is my role, as a therapist, to promote self-awareness, provide my clients with useful tools to cope with life’s stressors, as well as to support my clients in expanding their options and perspectives, creating opportunities for their strengths to manifest so that they can keep on moving forward toward growth and wholeness.

I believe in the power of healing and that each person contains the healing capacity within them. My intention is to provide a safe and inclusive therapeutic space within which healing and growth can take place. I gently challenge and support my clients in developing a stronger sense of self-acceptance and self-love, as they build healthier and more productive relationships with others.

My clinical focus is trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, dissociation, grief and loss, early trauma and attachment, life transitions, relationship issues, and existential issues. I appreciate depth-oriented work. In my practice, I employ a variety of treatment modalities based on each client's needs, such as IFS, EMDR, and creative and somatic approaches.
