Mindset Reps is a program that combines exercise, psychotherapy, and community to bring about change and healing. Our groups focus on working with teens, first responders/veterans, and adults.

For teens (13-18), we offer weekly groups to provide an opportunity to work on overall wellness. We engage our athletes in functional fitness programming, and we have mental health professionals who provide mindfulness practices and psychoeducation. Topics include body image, peer-pressure, identity, goal-setting, what we do/do not have control over, habits, substance use, coping skills, healthful eating, effective communication, and more. We provide a safe space for teens to be themselves, push themselves, grow, and gain overall better physical and mental health. At Mindset Reps, we help teens realize their true capacity to do hard things and help them build resilience to handle whatever life throws their way.

Our athletes are taught essential foundational skills so that they can feel confident and safe exercising in any setting, whether it's a full gym, one with limited equipment, or from home/without any equipment. No prior experience is necessary, as our workouts are scalable for all levels of ability and adaptable for any limitation or injury. Workouts are constantly varied and encourage athletes to improve their strength, endurance, agility, balance, and coordination, leading to an overall improved level of fitness. Teens push forward through our workouts alongside their peers and coaches. No one ever has to do hard things on their own—we sweat, support, and challenge each other in every group.

We don't have a set location. We come where we're needed and currently have programs at a number of locations and a few CrossFit gyms in northern Colorado. We have a BeaverFit mobile gym trailer so that we can expand our program to more schools, events, and community locations.

The program typically runs for 12 weeks, and scholarships are available.
