UCHealth Mountain Crest Behavioral Health Center helps people with mental health and substance use issues achieve a balanced life and a high level of health and well-being. Mountain Crest offers mental health assessments and treatment programs for adolescents, adults, older adults, and families.

Our outpatient services are available for adolescents (13-17 years old) and adults for therapy and medications management. Our counselors can help with anxiety, depresssion, eating disorders, and a wide range of other behavioral health conditions.

Please note: We are currently at capacity for therapy appointments and are not taking new clients; however, medications management/psychiatry appointments are available with a short wait.

For Mountain Crest's inpatient services, go to UCHealth's Emergency Department at Poudre Valley Hospital or Medical Center of the Rockies. Assessments are available 24/7.
