UCHealth Mountain Crest Behavioral Health Center helps people with mental health and substance use issues achieve a balanced life and a high level of health and well-being. Mountain Crest offers mental health assessments and treatment programs for adolescents, adults, older adults, and families.

Our outpatient services are available for adolescents and adults for therapy and psychiatry. Our counselors can help with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and a wide range of other behavioral health conditions.

Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers groups for teens and adults, with in-person groups or virtual/hybrid options.

Please note: As of fall 2025, we are close to reaching capacity for therapy appointments (ages 10+) and have very limited openings. Medications management/psychiatry appointments (ages 15+) are booked out about a month.

For inpatient services, go to UCHealth's Emergency Department at Poudre Valley Hospital or Medical Center of the Rockies. Assessments are available 24/7.
