Longs Peak Counseling, PLLC

Hello! My name is Nicholas Terry. Thank you for your interest in my practice, Longs Peak Counseling. I am a licensed professional counselor with training in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy and I work with clients to help them feel empowered to take more control of their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. My belief is that we all have a resilient nature and if you are in a safe and empathetic environment, you can heal from mental and emotional distress.

Together, we will explore the events and the relationships in your life that have influenced the way you see yourself and the world around you. Therapy will provide you with the space to become aware of these patterns and belief systems, as well as provide you with tools to become more intentional within your life.

Change can be difficult and may be painful at times. My goal is to provide you with unwavering support and kindness in your darkest, most challenging moments so that you are never alone in your journey. You can find more information about me and the services that I offer on my website, longspeakcounseling.com. Contact me today to set up a free consultation.
