**We have immediate availability for in-person or virtual appointments, including daytime, evenings, and weekends!

We are a small group practice specializing in individual counseling with adults and older adolescents (15 years and older). We have a number of trauma-informed practitioners, utilizing EMDR, Polyvagal Theory or CPT, as well as practitioners who focus on ADHD, nutritional wellness, and more.

We help you affirm and reach your goals, whether that’s having better relationships, overcoming your past, breaking unhelpful patterns, or learning to love yourself. We spend time building relationships, and along the way will begin introducing new skills and techniques to help begin managing life better. We’ll explore and integrate your strengths into therapy and practice new ways of reducing stress to bring out your best self.
