**We have immediate availability for in-person or virtual appointments, including daytime and evenings!

At Northern Colorado Counseling, we're striving to create a more whole and healed community, one life at a time. And in doing so, we want to help you get back YOU!

If you're noticing you're not feeling like yourself, you're reactive towards your loved ones, lacking motivation and purpose or struggling to overcome trauma from your past, our team of clinicians have the tools to help you navigate this and return to (or find for the first time) the best version of you!

We are a small group practice specializing in individual counseling with adults and older adolescents (16 years and older). We have a number of trauma-informed practitioners, utilizing EMDR, Polyvagal Theory or Somatic Experienncing, as well as practitioners who focus on LGTBQIA+ issues, self-compassion, depression, anxiety and more.

We help you affirm and reach your goals, whether that’s having better relationships, overcoming your past, breaking unhelpful patterns, or learning to love yourself. We spend time building relationships, and along the way will begin introducing new skills and techniques to help begin managing life better. We’ll explore and integrate your strengths into therapy and practice new ways of reducing stress to bring out your best self.

Our team offers free 15-30 consultations, both online (video) or in-person, to ensure you feel you and your therapist are the best match to work together. If you are ready to start the work, call us, email us or complete our New Client Inquiry Form on our website. We'll be looking forward to hearing from you!
