Our mission is to empower youth and community members to achieve their full potential through mentoring, prevention education, and strategic partnership. Most of our programming is free of charge.

We do not offer therapy or counseling. Rather, our mentoring programs aim to enrich the lives of the participating youth, as well as the volunteers who mentor them. Over the past four decades, we have grown to serve hundreds of youth each year though our community-based and school-based mentoring programs. Our mentors volunteer thousands of hours each year, building strong relationships and supporting youth.

We are accepting referrals for youth for our mentoring programs. And we are always in need of positive adult role models to volunteer as mentors. Our kids are ages 7 to 17 years old with diverse interests and needs. We create partnerships based on shared interests, common values, and logistical preferences. Partners provides volunteers with training and support, as well as inclusion in a caring and active community. 

Our prevention education provides resources and skills to youth and families in northern Colorado. We address challenges that our youth and families face through various evidence-based trainings, presentations, and courses. As part of our goal to bring about a community of equipped and empowered individuals attaining their visions and goals, we collaborate with community partners through programs such as the No DUI Larimer campaign and Responsible Association of Retailers.
