Hiraeth Therapy

Every person deserves healing and peace within. I walk with clients on their journey toward both. Being part of clients' therapeutic journeys is a profound honor. Central to my role is providing encouragement and direction as clients navigate through some of life's toughest situations.

I assist women ages 21+ in exploring fresh approaches to coping, processing thoughts, gaining insight, and adopting new behaviors. Additionally, I offer support to help clients acknowledge and embrace their challenges. My clients develop techniques to manage their emotions and navigate life's challenges more skillfully, irrespective of the circumstances or their emotional states. I am available via telehealth for clients in Colorado and Wyoming.

I have experience working with clients to address anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, anger, women's issues, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
