Samantha Ricard Counseling, PLLC

Weekend and evening appointments available!

From the outside, your life looks normal. On the surface you appear successful and self-assured, yet underneath you often feel like something is "off." The anxiety you experience can range from annoying to completely debilitating, your relationships may be "great when they're good and awful when they're bad," or you find yourself questioning who you are and how to exist in this world. Maybe you're looking for tools to feel calm and communicate better, or maybe you're looking for a space to safely figure out who you are. Whatever your goals may be, we can work toward them together finding freedom, peace, and congruence along the way.

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist who enjoys helping women, couples, and LGBTQ+ clients find calm, connection, and congruence in their lives. I want to equip you with the tools (that work for you) to feel more empowered in yourself, your relationships, and your life. You'll find that our work together is flexible and focused on your specific needs. Sometimes that means we discuss your weekly events, explore beliefs that are holding you back, or discuss resources and education regarding the questions you have. Either way, we will spend time focusing on what is most relevant for you.

If any of this resonates with you, please reach out to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to chatting with you!
