Sarah DeLuca, LCSW PLLC

I offer individual counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults, and I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and unresolved traumas. I particularly enjoy guiding teens and young adults as they navigate life's challenging stages and inevitable transitions in hopes of achieving a more whole-hearted lifestyle. I work from a relational perspective, creating a safe space for my clients to repair trust and relationships through meaningful self-exploration.

I am EMDR certified and use mindful psychotherapy to help individuals, couples, and families find a more conscious and fulfilling way of being.  As a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, I support families in communicating more effectively and supporting one another in finding solutions to daily struggles.

I have completed more advanced perinatal counseling trainings, and I would love to help any new parents who are experiencing postpartum challenges.
