I graduated from Colorado State University with a master's degree in social work. As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I have been providing support for individuals across their lifespan. My work experience comes from several years of community case management, crisis stabilization in inpatient and outpatient settings, and medical social work in an emergency department and outpatient clinic.
I primarily work with individuals experiencing anxiety and panic, depression, trauma, or a life transition. I can help you develop practical skills through mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Treatment is provided through the lenses of CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
