Shawn has worked with a variety of individuals from kindergarten through young adults in college. She has worked with clients both individually and in small-group settings. Shawn has an extensive history working with teachers, parents, and families in both counseling centers and school settings. She has provided counseling services to a variety of populations. Some of these include individuals with anxiety, depression, OCD, Asperger's, eating issues, and social issues. Shawn identifies and integrates a variety of treatment therapies to best meet the needs and goals of her clients. Her goal is to empower her clients to create balance, wellness, strength, and peace.

At Beyond The Mirror, we are an inclusive and empowering team of practitioners, and we believe that people are more than just their symptoms and their diagnosis. We believe that mental health issues can arise when there is an imbalance or disruption in one or more areas of an individual's life. In order to address mental health concerns, it is important to take a holistic approach that addresses all of these potential areas of imbalance.

Our practitioners compassionately support our clients in identifying and addressing underlying causes, as well as making lifestyle changes to promote optimal health and well-being.
