Stephanie Rayburn Therapy, LLC

I support people with increasing stability in their relationships and their lives by finding healthy ways to communicate, cope with stress, and work through difficulties. If you are hoping to improve communication, build closer relationships, set boundaries, or successfully navigate changes or difficulties in your life, therapy can be of benefit.

I specialize in working with families, couples, and individuals of all ages. I use an attachment-based, systemic-relational lens to help clients understand and make shifts in their lives and relationships, emphasizing healthy boundaries and emotional well-being. I also use mindfulness and narrative techniques to support healthy development.

Relationships and life changes can be complicated, and finding a path through difficulties can, at times, seem overwhelming or impossible. Having the support of a trusted therapist can help you find a way out of these situations to a place of peace and stability. I'm here to help you find solid ground.
