Lagrimas Libres LLC

Hi! My name is Stephanie and I'm a bilingual (English-Spanish) and bicultural (Mexican-American) therapist. I support adults, young adults, and adolescents (12+) with overcoming issues related to trauma, navigating difficulties of living in two cultures, and setting boundaries to maintain healthy relationships with family through a trauma-informed, person-centered, and liberation-based approach. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, body image, or relationship issues, know that you are not alone and that you are taking a tremendous step toward your healing, and I would be honored to work with you.

I extend a special invitation to those of you who may not feel as comfortable in all therapy spaces: undocumented and immigrant individuals, monolingual Spanish-speakers, people of color, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those holding other marginalized identities. In therapy, I aim to make space to discuss issues of oppression and identity.

When working with me, you will be welcomed into a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for us to work together and create a therapeutic relationship built upon safety and trust. If you feel like any of the above resonates with you, then I would love to schedule a 15-minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit!
